Youth Service: Sisters In Strength - Female Mentoring
Sisters In Strength is a five week mentoring programme for girls and young women who are at risk of entering into an abusive relationship, becoming a potential perpetrator within a relationship or are currently in an abusive relationship. Areas covered include: Making relationships work; relationships in a digital world; confidence; manners and respect; healthy relationships.

Who can use this service?
This is a FREE service for young females aged 10-18 years, living in Essex, who display signs of unhealthy relationships / coercive behaviours (such as lack of empathy, dishonesty, manipulative, dismissive of others' views).
How are services delivered?
Can be delivered in either group work or 1:1 basis depending on need. Located at local youth centres or other youth setting, plus home visits if suitable. Online delivery options also available for 10-14 year olds only.
