Age Well East’s befriending service supports adults aged 18 and over across Essex who may be feeling lonely or isolated. We offer regular telephone calls, home visits and community companions, helping people build meaningful connections and regain confidence. Our trained volunteers provide friendly, consistent contact tailored to each person’s needs.
