Blossome provides support and connection for anyone aged 25+ who has endured a loved one's suffering from alcohol or addiction. We offer group support, activities and self-compassion training in a trauma informed, compassionate community. By taking part in a self-care activities, you can learn to prioritise your well-being and to self-regulate your own emotions. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover old and new experiences, to find connection, courage and compassion, through both online and in person gatherings. This is a great step towards regular self-care and your own recovery.
