Refugee, asylum seeker and migrant action - RAMA

RAMA offers immigration advice regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority. We provide casework and advocacy for all migrants: most especially those from asylum seeker and refugee backgrounds, but we also work with migrants experiencing injustice and abuse. We have a staff with lived experience and speak 27 languages in our offices. We are a welcoming and experienced group who will do our best to help. Our partners across NE Essex support us in reaching some of the most maginalised and vulnerable people.

We do a lot of human rights work - e.g. where there has been domestic abuse and the victim is linked to the perpetrator for immigration purposes. We do not take on asylum cases but can assist with asylum support and activities and well being.

Professional and self-referrals can be made via Frontline. For further details contact us on - Tel: 01206 638454 or email: rama@rama.org.uk
