Essex Carers Support

Essex Carers Support provide a wide variety of flexible support services directly to adult family carers. As a community based organisation we work closely with a wide variety of health and social care services to promote the rights of family carers. We can provide: Information, advice and guidance, support for your emotional wellbeing, a free counselling service, small grants to enable you to take a break from the pressures of caring and opportunities to connect with other local carer wellbeing groups.

In partnership with Action for Family Carers, Essex Carers Support has been commissioned by Essex County Council to deliver support for Adult Carers in Colchester and Tendring.
