Age Well East Carer Navigation
Our Carer Navigation service is tailored to the needs of unpaid carers through a mix of telephone, home visit and digital support. We can help to increase the direct support available through access to emotional support, respite opportunities, benefits and entitlements and connection with peer support. We can also help unpaid carers to access Carers Assessments and onward support through the countywide Essex Carers Service and much more.

Who can use this service?
Our Carer Navigation service is available to adults aged 60+ living in the Colchester and Tendring districts.
How are services delivered?
Our service is delivered by telephone, in person through home visits or by email and other forms of digital assistance.
