NEE Digital Access Support Team (DAST)
Do you need technical help with anything smart or digital? If so, then we might be able to help. We provide a FREE service to help individuals gain the skills to maintain safer, healthier and better online choices. (eg. Understanding how a device works, being safe, legal and secure online, how to use applications i.e. NHS App) .We can signpost you to relevant partners and networks, where possible guide with devices and data requirement & needs and much more, so get in touch about anything you need guidance on.
Please specify on the referral form which service you require: In-Person Learning Opportunities; Online Learning Sessions, Digital Champion Training; NHS App information/session; Top Tips to Finding a Job online; Essential Digital Training Programme; Volunteer and/or Work Experience; Information request for an individual with additional needs; Organising a group session; Information on accessing data; Information on accessing a device; General discussion on service/requirements; Fixed Digital Access Points or Something else.

How are services delivered?
