What We Do - Connect Without Limits runs a variety of autism-friendly activities and social groups. Activities are designed to support: social connection, confidence building, emotional wellbeing, community inclusion, independence, shared interests and hobbies. Our activities are relaxed, supportive and adapted to different communication styles and sensory needs.

Activities We Offer - We run a wide range of in-person and online activities, including: online and in person social groups, quiz nights, arts & crafts, cinema trips, special interest sessions, seasonal events & themed activities. Our sessions focus on creating positive experiences, reducing isolation and helping members feel part of a supportive community.

Our Approach - At CWL we aim to create spaces where young people feel safe, respected, understood, accepted and supported to grow in confidence. We understand that social situations can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we aim to make our activities as accessible and supportive as possible by offering smaller group sizes, relaxed environments, clear communication, low-pressure participation, online and in-person options, understanding staff and volunteers. Members are never pressured to participate in ways that make them uncomfortable.
