Raise issues with your landlord or agent first, but if they fail to deal with them, contact us and we will get involved.We can help with issues like dampness and mould, inadequate heating, unsafe electrics, unsafe stairs/steps/paving, disrepair and many other housing safety issues.

We can’t help with private/civil disputes such as rent arrears and tenancy deposits,we can’t get you re-housed and we can’t deal with minor issues like decorative repairs
