Dance Network Association

Dance Network Association (DNA) provides opportunities for people to improve their confidence and physical well-being, nurtures creativity and independent thinking and enhances friendships through social interaction. We offer a variety of classes across Essex including: Seated Dance for Adults, Dancing with Parkinson's and Dancing with Dementia. Classes are all in person, in various community locations throughout Essex. All classes are at least 1 hour long, with 30 minutes for social time with refreshments. We also have a video and resource library via the website. 
 
Classes are free to attend but donations are welcome to support the sustainability of the class.

Who can use this service?

Classes are open to older adults and adults with lived conditions. We also have specific classes for those living with Parkinson's and Dementia. We very much encourage companions and carers to join loved ones participating. 

How are services delivered?

Classes are mainly in person, in various community locations throughout Essex. We do have online Zoom sessions once a month and also a video library and resources which can be found on our website.
