Health, Wellbeing and Care Hub

The Hub offers services delivered by student Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and nurses, supporting a variety of adult and children's needs, including long-term health condition management and wellbeing services. We are an independent centre, working in collaboration with local NHS integrated care systems to deliver care closer to home and develops new services in line with local community needs.
