The Financial Equality and Wellbeing Team can help you apply for financial assistance, support you to get employment or can help you understand what other help you could be eligible for. They will look at everything from benefits, discretionary financial support, help with food costs as well as accessing local charities or community initiatives. Even if you are not sure if you would be eligible for help, or you just don’t know where to start, get in touch.

The Financial Equality and Wellbeing Team is dedicated to assisting you in navigating the complexities of financial support. We provide comprehensive support that encompasses a wide range of services, including assisting with disability benefits claims, discretionary financial support, assistance with food and fuel costs, and connections to local charities and community initiatives. If you find yourself uncertain about your eligibility for assistance or simply do not know where to begin, our knowledgeable team is ready to provide the guidance you need

How are services delivered?

We provide a phone service from 09.00 to 15.00 Monday to Friday.  Emails will be responded to within 48 hours on working days.
