We provide management and maintenance services to around 7,000 properties in the local area on behalf of Colchester City Council. Your Community Housing Officer can help you with many queries about your tenancy, including. They contact all new tenants, help with rent payment/debt advice, help with neighbour disputes and any changes to your tenancy. Our Financial Inclusion Team are here to help If you need guidance on opening a bank account, making a claim for Housing Benefit, Local Council Tax Support, Universal Credit or Benefits.
