Your Community Housing Officer can help you with many queries about your tenancy, including: Contacting all new tenants, helping with rent payments/debt advice, advice on neighbour disputes or any changes to your tenancy situation. Our Financial Inclusion Team are here to help If you need guidance on opening a bank account, making a claim for Housing Benefit, Local Council Tax Support, Universal Credit or Benefits.
