Colchester Borough Homes - Community Safety
We provide management and maintenance services to around 7,000 properties in the local area on behalf of Colchester City Council. If you are experiencing Anti-social behaviour (ASB), or other types of nuisance behaviours, our Community Safety team can help. Or, if are struggling to sustain your tenancy, experiencing Domestic Abuse, or struggling to deal with your hoarded property, our specialist Tenancy Sustainment Officers can help. Our webpage contains useful information to empower and enable tenants to deal with nuisance incidents and how to access support.

Our team spend a lot of time in the community working closely with Essex Police, Probation and specialist services such as the NHS, Next Chapter/Compass, Mental Health Services, Open Road and Essex County Fire and Rescue Services.
