We provide management and maintenance services to around 7,000 residential, commercial and public buildings in the local area on behalf of Colchester City Council. If you are experiencing ASB, or other serious Nuisance type behaviours, our ASB officers may be able to assist you. If are struggling to sustain your tenancy, experiencing Domestic Abuse, or struggling to deal with your hoarded property, our Tenancy Sustainment Officers may be able to support you. Our Officers spend a lot of time in the community, and work very closesly with Police, Probation, Specialist Services such as the NHS, Next Chapter/Compass, Mental Health Services, Open Road and Essex County Fire and Rescue Services.
