Changing Lives Community Services - Clubs and Sports- Colchester

Changing Lives Colchester offers a welcoming space for everyone. Our vibrant hub has a free gym for those on Universal Credit, asylum seekers, refugees and young carers, along with discounted memberships for others. It also has a sports zone, beauty room and music room where we run a wide range of inclusive activities. Our Simmply Active location also offers free boxing, fitness, and wellbeing classes to support physical and emotional health. We’re here to build community, boost confidence, and support people to a better life.

We also work alongside Essex Activate provide FREE holiday clubs for primary and secondary aged children who are eligible for benefits based free school meals, as well as those from low income working families.
