Changing Lives Colchester offers a welcoming space for everyone. We have a free gym for those on Universal Credit, asylum seekers, refugees, and young carers, along with discounted memberships for others. We provide free boxing, fitness, and wellbeing classes to support physical and emotional health. Our vibrant hub next door includes a tea and coffee area, a sports zone, a beauty room, and a music room, where we run a wide range of inclusive activities. We’re here to build community, boost confidence, and support people to a better life.

We also work alongside Essex Activate provide FREE holiday clubs for primary and secondary aged children who are eligible for benefits based free school meals, as well as those from low income working families.
