Chelmsford College: Step2 Inclusive Employment

Are you unemployed and ready to work? Chelmsford College - Steps2 Inclusive Employment, programme is designed to help you find meaningful and sustainable, paid employment. We have received funding to support under-represented groups into work including; Over 50s; Individuals with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities); Immigrants; Veterans; People with convictions.

We will work with you to understand your career goals and aim to find you suitable employment. This includes:

  • Training (CV writing, interview skills, job applications etc)
  • Individual career pathway support
  • Finding suitable employment
  • In-work support services for the person and employer
