Struggling with fibromyalgia? Southend fibromyalgia support group are available to assist you through your journey with in-person monthly meetings, online support, free 12 unit course, coffee mornings and practical help with form filling. Join our welcoming, friendly and encouraging community and meet members with lived experience.

We are not medically trained and cannot diagnose any conditions. We offer advice, support and signposting along with:

How are services delivered?

Anyone struggling with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue or chronic pain. This extends to their carers and family members. 

 

In-person and online. We are not medically trained and cannot diagnose any conditions. We offer advice, support and signposting.
