Citizens Advice Colchester - General Advice

We provide free, confidential and impartial advice. Our goal is to support and empower the people of Colchester to deal with life’s challenges. Our volunteers and staff give high quality, independent advice across a range of issues including increasing income, appealing against incorrect benefit decisions, writing off debt, preventing homelessness, helping those in fuel poverty or who have been treated unfairly by their employer... and much more! We’re an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
