Colchester United Adult Inclusive U's Football
Colchester United Community Foundation are proud to run our Adult Inclusive U's, a programme to support adults with disabilities, across the local community. Adult Inclusive U's Football allows players with a broad spectrum of impairments and health conditions to play together, increasing social interaction, physical fitness, fine and gross motor skills, confidence and, of course, football skills! This programme is delivered by Colchester United Community Foundation coaches who have a wealth of experience in this area.
