Clients receive a simple pendant or wrist alarm linked to our UK-based monitoring centre, where trained staff respond within seconds and contact family, carers or emergency services when needed. We offer quick setup with free next-day delivery, digital-ready equipment and fast client contact. Our service is ideal for those at risk of falls, living alone, or recently discharged from hospital. There is a cost for this service.

We currently support clients using our service across Essex. We work with the NHS to provide a streamlined referral process, cutting hospital re-admissions in the elderly community and assisting with early discharges to prevent bed blocking.

How are services delivered?
Our service is delivered by phone. Once ordered over the phone, the alarm arrives via the post for free next-day delivery with clear instructions and a number to call if assistance is needed.
