Health, Wellbeing and Care Hub - Living well with Cancer

Our prehabilitation (prehab) service for people with cancer is a new in addition to our Living Well With service offers. The service aims to support and empower you to live as fully as possible whilst negotiating this new diagnosis. Prehab helps you get physically and mentally ready for your cancer treatment. By improving your strength, nutrition and wellbeing before treatment begins, prehab can help you recover faster, feel more in control, and maintain a better quality of life.

  • Optimising your physical health through tailored exercise programs
  • Improving your nutritional status to support immune function and healing
  • Support for your emotional wellbeing and stress management
  • Tools to help you stay active and confident during your care journey
