Kinetix Level up your life/Parkour in the City
Kinetix Academy CIC offers a safe, positive and welcoming environment with free, accessible activities for local young people. Free memberships giving access to a range of non competitive sport and physical activities, including parkour, acrobatics, strength & conditioning to support young adult’s mental health and wellbeing at both Witham and Colchester. Level up your life is to support ages 17-25 to support them through this transitional life stage.
