Each Neighbourhood includes these GP surgeries in their respective areas:
Neighbourhood Clacton Central includes Clacton Community Practices, East Lynne Medical Centre, North Clacton Medical Group, Old Road Surgery, Ranworth Surgery and St James Surgery.
Neighbourhood Colchester City includes Abbey Field Medical Centre, Colchester Medical Practice, Creffield Medical Group and East Hill Surgery.
Neighbourhood Colchester North includes Bluebell Surgery, Highwoods Surgery, Mill Road Surgery and Turner Road Surgery.
Neighbourhood Colchester South includes Ambrose Avenue Group Practice, Tiptree Medical Centre, Tollgate Health Centre, Mersea Island Medical Centre and Winstree Medical Practice.
Neighbourhood Greenstead and Colchester East includes Rowhedge & University of Essex, Wivenhoe Surgery, Parsons Health and Hawthorn.
Neighbourhood Harwich and Tendring North includes Fronks Road Family Surgery, Harewood Surgery, Lawford Surgery, Mayflower Medical Centre, The Ardleigh Surgery and The Riverside Health Centre.
Neighbourhood Tendring Rural includes Caradoc Surgery, Colne Medical Centre, Great Bentley Surgery, Thorpe Surgery and Walton Medical Centre.
