Be More Dandelion CIC - Strong Mums, Strong Families
Strong Mums, Strong Families is a free wellbeing programme for mums and female carers in Greenstead who may be experiencing isolation, loneliness, stress, overwhelm, reduced confidence, relationship / family challenges, lower wellbeing or disconnection from themselves or their community. It uses movement, connection and community to support women to feel more confident, connected and supported in everday life. The sessions are free to attend and no movement experience needed.

Strong Mums, Strong Families offers three FREE ways to move, connect and take time for yourself.
- CONNECT - Monthly movement led wellbeing sessions that combine refreshments, connection and a different movement-led wellbeing experience. This may be self-defence, sound baths, voice and singing, women's health and confidence-building movement.
- RECLAIM - A 10 week trauma aware wellbeing programme. Sessions combine trauma-aware movement, nervous-system regulation, creative reflection and peer connection in a supportive small group.

TOGETHER is for mums, carers and children to spend positive time together through movement, creativity, play and connection. These are relaxed drop-in events, so families can arrive and leave whenever works for them.
Strong Mums, Strong Families is delivered by Be More Dandelion CIC. It is an early-intervention community wellbeing programme and sits alongside Be More Dandelion's specialist survivor programmes.
